- I connect to my provider at 26400 using my new USR Sportster 28.8 modem.
-
- Why then does Netscape indicate as low as 28 bytes per second up to the
- maxium that I've seen of 1.2K when downloading documents. Is this
- normal or do I have a modem/setup problem?
-
- Thanks,
-
